Terms and Conditions
A minimum of 2 passengers or the equivalent cost is required to confirm a scenic flight booking.
Check In Time
Passengers must be at Barwon Heads airport at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
Flight times are calculated from engine start to engine shutdown.
Weather conditions may cause variations from the advertised flight times.
Due to aircraft weight restrictions, customer weights must be provided at time of booking and in some cases, passenger numbers may have to be limited.
All customers will be weighed prior to departure for safety and operational reasons.
All care is taken to protect customer personal items but no liability is accepted for loss or damage.
Prior to leaving our aircraft, customers should ensure they do not leave any of their personal belongings behind.
Customer information and privacy
We require customer information for all reservations including full passenger name, passenger weight, contact telephone number, and email address.
Surf Coast Scenic Flights will not disclose any personal information to third parties unless we have been authorised by you or are required to do so by law.
A full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Surf Coast Scenic Flights due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
If you arrive at Barwon Heads airport and we are unable to arrange your flight within 30 minutes of the booking time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made by the customer within 72 hours of the flight will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a total forfeiture of the Scenic Flight fare.
Passenger(s) failing to arrive at the designated time and date for a flight will result in a total forfeiture of the Scenic Flight fare.
